STRAWBERRY & CHAMPAGNE

Light and moist vanilla sponge infused with Champagne syrup, filled with strawberry & champagne preserve and Marc de Champagne buttercream.

ZESTY LEMON

Moist lemon sponge made with fresh lemon juice and zest, infused with lemon syrup, filled with lemon buttercream and tangy lemon curd.

RED VELVET

This deliciously moist cake almost melts in your mouth and is layered with white chocolate vanilla ganache and Swiss Meringue butter cream.

CHOCOLATE MUD

Moist, rich chocolate mud cake filled with chocolate buttercream and wrapped in Belgian dark chocolate ganache.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE

Delicious chocolate cake made with fresh juice and zest, infused with Orange Liqueur syrup and filled with chocolate ganache and Swiss meringue buttercream.

MOCHA

Lovely light, moist chocolate cake with a hint of coffee infused with coffee syrup and filled with milk chocolate coffee ganache and Swiss meringue buttercream.
